Our Adoption Process
We've made finding your perfect English Mastiff puppy simple and transparent. Follow our step-by-step process to bring home your new family member.
Submit Your Application
Start by filling out our detailed application form. There's a $25 non-refundable application fee that will be credited toward your deposit if you're approved. This helps us ensure each puppy is matched with the perfect family.
Application Review
We'll carefully review your application within 48-72 hours to ensure a good match. We may contact you with follow-up questions to better understand your family and lifestyle.
Phone Interview
If your application is approved, we'll schedule a brief phone call to discuss your preferences and answer any questions you have about our puppies and process.
Choose Your Puppy
Visit us in person or schedule a video chat to meet our available puppies. We'll work together to find the perfect match for your family. You can also view photos and descriptions on our available puppies page.
Secure with Deposit
Once you've chosen your puppy, secure your selection with a $1,000 deposit. We accept Zelle, Venmo (business), and Cash App for deposits. The remaining balance is due in cash at pickup.
Puppy Preparation
While your puppy grows, we provide comprehensive care including health checks, vaccinations, deworming, and individual training with our personal, in-house canine behavioral consultant (40+ years experience). You'll receive regular updates and photos.
Pick Up or Delivery
When your puppy is ready (usually 8-10 weeks old), you can pick up in person or choose from our delivery options. We provide all paperwork, health certificates, and a puppy starter pack.
Lifetime Support
Our relationship doesn't end at pickup! We provide ongoing support throughout your Mastiff's life. We're just a phone call or text away (8am-5pm) for any questions or concerns.

Puppy Pricing

- • Breeding Rights: Additional fee for approved breeders
- • Final pricing may vary based on bloodlines and specific breedings
